The CERVA VAM BOX was seamlessly integrated into Kendrion's operations through the distributor Repoint. Preliminary discussions between representatives from both companies outlined clear objectives. Kendrion's technical department and production manager, Aleš Buchta, set ambitious goals:

The results were impressive. Aleš Buchta, the manager of the technical department, confirmed that the machine met and exceeded expectations:

• The machine operates autonomously, eliminating concerns about inventory, orders, warehouse movements, expenses, and PPE records. This translates to an estimated 480 hours of saved administrative work annually.
• Wastage came to an end, resulting in a 15% reduction in issued protective equipment. This equals an annual saving of CZK 81,000 (€3,200).
• The introduction of the machine created more warehouse space, with protective equipment now housed in the vending machine. The distribution company replenishes it Just in Time, freeing up five additional pallet positions, representing a saving of CZK 7,000 (€280) per year.
