This year we continue following the course we set in previous years: expanding our operations internationally through acquisitions, strengthening our position on the Czech retail market and constantly introducing new products that meet safety standards and are attractive, comfortable, and highly durable.
Last year, we successfully completed the acquisition of the Austrian company LITZ, which also operates on the markets of Switzerland and Germany and has its own production plants in Europe and Southeast Asia. In addition, the company devotes a lot of effort to innovation in the field of materials used. Following this acquisition, we have expanded our product portfolio and can now offer our complete range to end customers in Austria and Germany.
Another success last year was the rebranding of Fachman retail stores to CERVA, which increases awareness of the CERVA brand and our product portfolio among Czech retail customers.
The CERVA VAM BOX, a PPE automatic dispenser, which we have been offering for about last three years, is becoming more and more popular among our customers. The customers who use the CERVA VAM BOX in their production facilities report that it saves the cost of protective equipment and the time of their employees.

We have innovated the popular KNOXFIELD collection of modern workwear to meet current market demands. We chose a new material composition for the KNOXFIELD HVPS range of warning clothing. The KNOXFIELD RYO line of workwear has undergone a significant design change. Both lines offer clothes suitable for year-round use, from t-shirts and shorts to winter parkas and pilot jackets. In addition, models from individual series can be combined as needed.
The SHELDON collection is completely new, designed for maximum comfort and perfect adaptability to body movement during work, with attractive appearance and functional details. The SHELDON collection includes three lines: basic workwear, camouflage clothing and warning clothing with printed reflective stripes.
Another expansion of our product range is the MULTINORM collection, work clothes that protect against multiple risks at the same time. The collection meets the strictest standards regarding protection against heat and flame, during welding and against the thermal effects of electric discharge: EN 11612, EN 1149-5, EN 11611, EN 61482. In addition, some models of multi-standard clothing also meet the EN 20471 standard for high-risk clothing visibility for professional use. The collection thus offers a wide possibility of use in various working conditions indoors and outdoors. The hallmark of MULTINORM clothing is the printed pictograms of the standards on the front side.
New in our portfolio is the exceptional TAURUS collection, which was created with the environment in mind. Materials from which the clothes in this collection are made include certified organic cotton and fibres from recycled PET bottles. Clothing from the TAURUS collection can be used all year round for work and active leisure outdoors.
And that is not all. We have expanded the colour range of women's work clothes DAYBORO, MAX NEO and MAX SUMMER.

The vast majority of novelties that we have included in the catalogue this year come from our colleagues from Italy, from the company Panda Safety.
In the Basic collection, we unified the design and added more life to the plain black models using orange details. The result is an innovated Basic NEOS model series.
There have also been changes in the Strong collection. Under the name Strong Nuovo, it now offers attractive footwear with a unified design and non-metallic safety components.
In addition, we have newly introduced the Strong Ultra collection, which is based on our best-selling models, but made with premium materials.
We should certainly not forget the new collection of models with a textile knitted upper - the Strong models Lecce, Brindisi and Bari.
We have also included models with an upper made of PUTEK material. This innovative textile material is extremely resistant to abrasion and tearing, while remaining lightweight and breathable. These properties make it possible to produce universal durable models suitable for demanding work both outdoor and indoor. You will find the PUTEK material in the Airone, Falco and Poseidon models of the Panda manufacturer and in the CERVA Lindlau, Biburg and Uttendorf models.

We have expanded the glove area with arm sleeves:
When handling sharp and hot objects, gloves often do not provide sufficient protection. That's why in our catalogue you can now also find KAGU arm sleeves with the highest level of cut resistance F, GUAN with the level of resistance D and PALILA sleeveless sleeve made of seamless knit from special fibres that have a naturally cooling effect.
In the head protection category you will find new products:
We established cooperation with the CLIMAX company. Among its products, you can find in our offer the light industrial helmet 5-RS in six colour variants and the electrically insulating helmet CURRO, which is available in five colours, including two warning ones. We supply 17-P earmuffs for the CURRO helmet.

We have included the CLIMAX 800 half mask and the CLIMAX 732-N full face mask in our portfolio. Both products are compatible with 757-N filters.
The number of products offered increases every year. With our products, we cover protection against various risks in specific conditions as well as the complete issue of fall protection. At the same time, we also offer comfortable clothes designed for active leisure time.
