CERVA GROUP a.s. announces that a binding agreement has been entered into for the acquisition of CERVA GROUP a.s. by U-Power Group S.p.A., an Italy-based company focused on safety footwear and workwear, operating across Europe and in more than 50 countries.

The transaction is subject to antitrust and other regulatory approvals, and closing is currently expected in the first quarter of 2026. Until completion, CERVA GROUP and U-Power will continue to operate independently and serve customers without change.
